There are two main international airports in Morocco. One situated just out side the city of Tangier (TNG) approximately twenty minutes away, the other is Casablanca (CNN) airport which is about 30 kilometres south of the city. There has to be around sixteen golf courses around the country with new courses continually being developed so the number should continue to rise. Its popularity to some extent is due to King Hassan II enthusiasm for the game, who was ranked as a practitioner of the game not only on Morocco but internationally.

The most well known of Morocco’s’ golf clubs would be the Royal Dar es Salaam Golf Club, which actually consists of 3 golf courses. The club hosts the annual Hassan II Trophy, an internationally renowned competition.
