villa designs and build very much depends on your property budget and preferences. The plots are located in one of Calabria's beautiful
valleys.
The villas are being built very much in the classic Itailan (roman) design. Examples of the Itailan villas can be seen in the photos
below and are typical examples of what the developer will build for you. You may feel that the property designs are more similar to
those you would expect to see in Florida but are actually orginally from Italian design.
The villas in the example photos are complete and the price of these villas will only change if the buyer specifies more expensive
finishes to the properties or any major customerisations are wanted to be made.
It is worth noting that these Calabria villas are not considered to be your typical Italian holiday properties. They would
probably be more suited to someone wanting to spend longer periods in Calabria and are designed and finished with the view to being
used daily.
Of course this is not to say that any of the villas cannot be used as your Italian holiday home therefore are still worth considering
if you want a holiday property in Calabria.
